White chili is the appropriate category, but yellowish chili most accurately describes this dish.
- chicken (and chicken broth if crockpot cooking)
- 2 (13.5 oz) cans great northern beans
- 1 (7 oz) can medium diced chilis
- 1 cup shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup corn
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Add (cooked and drained) chicken to all other ingredients and put on low heat for 2 1/2 hours or so.
